A reusable synthetic membrane filter that concentrates equine semen without conventional centrifugation by allowing seminal plasma to pass through while retaining sperm cells.

Directions
1. Dilute the semen with BotuSemen and place it in the Sperm Filter.
2. Gently swirl the diluted semen around the filter, touching the bottom of the filter to the Petri dish, until the extender and seminal plasma are completely removed.
3. Wash the filter with an appropriate volume of BotuSemen or BotuCrio extender.
Reuse
The Sperm Filter can be reused 10 times for the same stallion.
Casein-containing extenders
When using an extender containing casein, such as BotuSemen Gold, allow extra time for the mixture to dissolve completely and for filtration.
