Directions
1. Dilute the semen with BotuSemen and place it in a centrifuge tube.
2. Place 3 mL of Red Cushion in the bottom of the centrifuge tube.
3. Centrifuge at 1000g for 20 minutes.
4. Using a pipette, remove the sperm pellet and resuspend it with an appropriate volume of BotuSemen or BotuCrio.
