Preparation
Add the sachet’s contents to the sterile water and shake well.
Cooled semen
Use a minimum dilution of 2 parts extender to 1 part semen, aiming for a final concentration of 30–50 million total sperm per mL.
Dilution guide
• Less than 90 million sperm/mL: Centrifuge or filter with Sperm Filter and resuspend at 100 million sperm/mL.
• 90–110: 2:1.
• 120–130: 2.5:1.
• 140–160: 3:1.
• 170–180: 3.5:1.
• 190–210: 4:1.
• 220–230: 4.5:1.
• 240–250: 5:1.
If centrifugation is necessary before cooling, resuspend the sperm pellet at a final concentration of 100 million total sperm per mL.

Storage and Handling
Before mixing, keep dry and protected from light and heat; do not exceed 86°F (30°C). After mixing with sterile water, store at 35.6–46.4°F (2–8°C) for up to 3 days.
