Preparation
• 100 mL bottle: Add the entire contents of the envelope to the bottle containing 100 mL of distilled water.
• 200 mL bottle: Add the entire contents of the envelope to the bottle containing 200 mL of distilled water.
For either size, shake well and place the bottle in a water bath at 98.6°F (37°C) for 30 minutes. Shake again until completely homogeneous.
Directions
BotuSemen KZ is indicated for transport and insemination of fresh and refrigerated semen.
• Centrifugation during semen freezing: Use a 1:1 ratio (diluent:semen).
• Refrigerated semen transport: Use a concentration of 25–50 million sperm per mL, with a minimum dilution of 2:1 (diluent:semen; V:V). For better transport results, use BotuFlex.

Storage and Handling
Keep in a dry place, protected from light and heat. Do not exceed 86°F (30°C). After mixing, store at 35.6–46.4°F (2–8°C) for a maximum of 3 days.
