Preparation — 100 mL bottle
1. Add the entire contents of the envelope to the bottle containing 100 mL of distilled water.
2. Shake well. Place the bottle in a water bath at 98.6°F (37°C) for 30 minutes.
3. After this period, shake again until completely homogeneous.

1. Add the entire contents of the envelope to the bottle containing 200 mL of distilled water.
2. Shake well. Place the bottle in a water bath at 98.6°F (37°C) for 30 minutes.
3. After this period, shake again until completely homogeneous.

How to use — both sizes
For semen cooling, follow the dilution ratios below. After adding the extender to the semen, wait 15 minutes. If centrifugation is necessary before cooling, resuspend to a minimum concentration of 100 × 10⁶ sperm per mL (100 million sperm per mL).

Dilution guide
• Less than 90 million sperm/mL: Centrifuge or filter with Sperm Filter and resuspend at 100 million sperm/mL.
• 90–110: 2:1.
• 120–130: 2.5:1.
• 140–160: 3:1.
• 170–180: 3.5:1.
• 190–210: 4:1.
• 220–230: 4.5:1.
• 240–250: 5:1.

Contents
1L Box: 10 × 100 mL units.
200 mL: 1 × 200 mL unit.

Storage and Handling
Keep dry and protected from light and heat. Do not exceed 86°F (30°C). After mixing, store at 35.6–46.4°F (2–8°C) for a maximum of 3 days.
