Preparation
Add the sachet’s contents to the sterile water and shake well.

Cooled semen
Refrigerate semen at 5°C (41°F). Use a minimum dilution of 2 parts extender to 1 part semen, aiming for a final concentration of 30–50 million total sperm per mL.

Dilution guide
• Less than 60 million sperm/mL: Centrifuge or filter with Sperm Filter.
• 70–90: 2:1.
• 100–200: 3:1.
• 210–250: 4:1.
• 260–300: 5:1.

Fresh semen or centrifugation for freezing
Dilute 1 part extender to 1 part semen (1:1; V:V). After dilution, wait 15 minutes before artificial insemination.

Contents
1L Box: 10 × 100 mL units.
200 mL: 1 × 200 mL unit.

Storage and Handling
Before mixing, keep dry and protected from light and heat; do not exceed 86°F (30°C). After mixing with sterile water, store at 35.6–46.4°F (2–8°C) for up to 3 days.

Composition
UHT sterilized skim milk powder, sugars, amino acids, antioxidants, and excipients.
