Directions
1. After selection, transfer the oocytes into a Petri dish containing BotuOocyte holding medium.
2. Gently wash the oocytes through multiple drops of BotuOocyte to remove debris.
3. For transport, keep the oocytes in BotuOocyte at 64.4–71.6°F (18–22°C) for up to 24 hours.
