How To Use
Freezing procedure
1. After collection, centrifuge raw semen at 600X for 6 minutes.
2. Discard the supernatant and resuspend the sperm pellet with BotuDog Freezing at an appropriate sperm concentration.
3. Pack and seal the straws.
4. Stabilize the straws at 5°C (41°F) for 1 hour.
5. Freeze the straws in nitrogen vapor in a Styrofoam box, 3 cm above the liquid nitrogen level, for 20 minutes.
Thawing procedure
Place the straws in a water bath at 37°C (98.6°F) for 30 seconds.

Storage and Handling
Store frozen at −20°C (−4°F). After thawing, keep refrigerated at 5°C (41°F) for up to 2 days.
