Preparation
Add the sachet’s contents to the sterile water and shake well.
Cooled semen
Dilute at 2:1, 3:1 or 4:1 (extender:semen; V:V), according to the sperm concentration of the ejaculate. For better results during cooled semen transport, use BotuFlex.

Storage and Handling
Before mixing, store at 59–86°F (15–30°C), protected from excessive heat and direct light. After mixing, store at 35.6–46.4°F (2–8°C) for up to 3 days.
