Freezing procedure
1. After centrifugation, discard the supernatant and add BotuCrio directly to the sperm pellet to achieve a concentration of 200 million sperm per mL.
2. Pack and seal the straws.
3. For the conventional freezing method, stabilize the straws at 5°C (41°F) for 20 minutes.
4. Place the straws in nitrogen vapor in a Styrofoam box, 3–6 cm above the liquid nitrogen level, for 20 minutes.

Thawing procedure
Place the straws in a water bath at 37°C (98.6°F) for 30 seconds or at 46°C (114.8°F) for 20 seconds.

Contents
1 × 25 mL bottle.

Storage and Handling
Store frozen at −20°C (−4°F). After thawing, keep refrigerated at 5°C (41°F) for up to 2 days.

Sugars, antioxidants, amino acids, egg yolk, cryoprotectant, and vehicle.
